Nice hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cute bar area. The staff helped me with restaurant recommendations on my first stay. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

This hotel is cheerful and clean, it has great Wi-Fi and an attached restaurant. Approaching personnel is with a great shuttle bus service. The location of the property is favourable, near to airport and shuttles and Heathrow and Underground.

Relaxing and ideal room provided with nice bathroom, a couch plus comfortable clean beds.

Comfortable stay with a spacious, quiet room.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast choices. The cooked options were greasy and unappetizing. The advertised free shuttle for transport within 5km wasn't available at times I needed it, frustrating. The stained carpet tiles in the hallway suggest a lack of attention to detail that shouldn't be overlooked.

1. As we live in nw Victoria it was easy to get to without being embroiled in the heavy traffic. 2. We have stayed there several times and the convenience of car parking was an added bonus. 3. We have always found the staff to be willing 'to go the extra mile' to see we are comfortable and happy. 4. The dining area is top class and reasonably priced. Easy internet access to see if rooms are availaable. 5. Please retain the high standard - we tell our friends it is an ideal spot.

The most identifying thing was the location. As we were flying interstate and as we live 4 hours from Melbourne we were able to stay overnight before flying out early in the morning. The fact that you provided an airport shuttle was also important along with car parking. We booked online as well as making a phonecall to arrange car parking, however when we arrived found that the car was in fact NOT booked in. Next time we will book over the phone. Overall a great place to stay

Pleasant Overnight Experience

The shuttle service was convenient after a long flight, and the room offered ample space. Families might appreciate a configuration with two single beds for versatility.

All staff were very accomodating from arrivals at mid night to breakfast in am Rooms very standard - with antiquated a/c beds but very comforatble

Been there before re travel altercation , no connecting flights as required. Even in a 'quiet' location disturbed by late arrivals and early departures absolutely no sleep all night need to do something about the door slamming, and noisy staff /house maids cleaning room in early am. Staff and facilities adequate for what you get although overpriced for what you get as well. Place getting very tired and in need of refurbishment

Good to be picked up from the airport for an overnight stay before leaving early in the morning for connecting flight. Clean basic room and quiet.

I noted on my booking I would like to be picked up from the airport in your transfer bus. I would have appreciated a return email stating when and where. As it was at night and I was travelling alone I would have felt more relaxed it I had known what was happening after collecting my bags.

Ciloms Airport Lodge offers an excellent airport shuttle service that was on time and convenient. The buffet dinner was well-priced and delicious, with a variety of options that were very satisfying. The room was spacious and clean, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of work. The staff were attentive.

The gym facilities need upgrades.

The Ciloms Airport Lodge was a great spot to 'prop' while waiting to pick up my daughter from the Airport at 5.00 am in the morning. Living in Warrnambool, some 280 Kms west of Melbourne, it was desirable to travel down in the evening and get a good nights sleep before meeting my daughter and driving back home in Warrnambool. At my age it was prudent not to travel at odd hours or be too tired to travel during the 'odd' hours required. I was very happy with this option and will be using it again when our daughter flies out for Vietnam in a few weeks time on a 11.30 pm flight.

It is a little 'off the track' with regard access to eating places and the on location Bistro, while quite OK, was somewhat restrictive in its dining options.

It was no trouble for the Ciloms to pick us up and take us to the airport. Also the restaurant was awesome with great chooses of food to eat. The bar staff where very friendly and helpful.

The only things I think that could do with improvement are; The cups should be replaced with mags. Cup are far to small. The bed be replaced with one that is higher and not low to the ground and more modern. Better for comfort.
